Preface
The responsibility of any actions done on Anime Senshi is not the responsibility of the owners or staff members, but the responsibility of the user themselves.
I. Rules
Content: What you post on AnimeSenshi is your own responsibility. The site owner and admins take no responsibility for the content of any posts other than their own.
Libel: Do not post anything that may be considered libellous by a third party. Any posts that could be considered libellous will be immediately deleted.
Spam: Don't spam the boards. Basically, don't post the same message all over the forums, or post lots of very small or one-word posts. The same applies to posts that consist soley of an emote – don't do it.
Double Posts: Double posts are not acceptable. If you feel you have something extra to add to a topic that you were the last person to post in, then edit your post. If you accidentally double post, then report one of the posts to a mod, who will delete them. Please be aware that when a double post is deleted, your post count will be decreased by 1.
Bumping old threads: If a thread is more than 2 months old, then please consider whether your post will add to the discussion enough to make posting worthwhile. One word or spam posts that bump old threads will not be tolerated.
Constructive Posting: Try to keep your posts constructive. One word posts don't contribute anything to a discussion – give a few reasons for why you've said something, or explain your opinion.
Searching: Please use the search function before you create a topic, in order to check that the topic has not already been made.
Spelling/Grammar: We appreciate that English might not be a first language to all the members on here, but a bit of effort put in to make sure that your posts make sense, would be gladly received. On a similar note, don't write posts in “text talk”. Obviously using “lol” and such is acceptable, just make sure that your entire post doesn't consist of text talk.
Flaming: Don't start arguments by insulting an anime/manga, or another member. This is a board for discussion and sharing, not insults.
Spoilers
Nobody likes having the ending spoiled by accident, so please use the spoiler codes when you are discussing major plot points, that people may not have seen.
Discrimination
Any kind of abuse of someone's religion, race or ethnicity will not be tolerated.
Explicit Content
Posting any kind of adult or explicit content is not allowed. Posting links to such content is also banned.
II. Punishment
If any member breaks one of the rules (or judged to be equal as breaking a rule) the ensuing punishments may include (but not limited to):
- Warnings
- Decreased Post Count
- Suspension from the boards
- Bans
- Revocation of access to the Completed Series section.
III. Appendage
The Administrators reserve any power that may have not been aforementioned in this article. Furthermore, The Administrators reserve the right to change the set rule list at any time.

Don't feel these rules are here to stop you enjoying the forum, go out and post away. If there's something you'd like to post, but aren't sure about whether it's acceptable, don't hesitate to PM a mod or administrator, we'll be happy to help and advise you!
