Until the last second
I’ll be smiling more tomorrow than today
Just being with you makes me feel that way
Ten years, a hundred years, a thousand years
Let’s spend the time together
I love you

I guess from that list I'd have to say romance, action/adventure and slice of life. But in sort of a combination - like in Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu (a rom-com/slice of life with a theoretically action based plot.)
As for manga, I liked ecchi stuff, with romance, usually with a harem setting... Occasionally straight shoujo appeals to me as well.

Comedy!
Action is a close second.
I'm starting to like romance more in place of ecchi.
Slice of life can be enjoyable, but it can also be dull.
Haven't seen many mystery/thriller anime. In general I find it intresting, but I'm not particularly drawn to it.

I like romance best, but its usually better when it's teamed with comedy ^^

I like mine in combination: it's got to have action for sure, comedy to balance it out, drama to keep things interesting, a dash of thrill, and just enough romance to spice up the plot/character development
