I try to go to the gym at least twice a week, where I do a cardio and lifting. Though today was the first time I've gone since awhile, hard to keep it up with schoolwork piling up
Guess I do pushups/situps/pullups at the gym too. Not much eye exercise recently though

I'm fairly lazy. Will run once a week but not planned running... it jsut kinda happens. Lol.

I generally play 5-a-side football (soccer) at least once a week, but when I go back home from Uni next week, that'll stop. Then I'll start playing badminton about 3 times a week.
I've often planned to start jogging, but never got round to it.

Belly dancing. Other than my excercise is just walking the dog and walking to and from work. Works for me ^^

For me, I go anywhere from 3-4 times a week to the gym. I do each time I go, 20 minutes of cardio, and anywhere from an hour to 2 hours of lifting weights, and other strength exercises. I play sports mostly tennis, soccer and basketball whenever I can get friends together and yea, I like to stay fairly active.

i only have 2 hours of school a day so i'm always going to the arcade and i get there by walking. like an hour of walking there and back? and on super sunny and nice days i like to take my bike to the dirtjumps or skatepark and then when i get home all i do is watch anime
till like 2am

Well since I got school and gym as a class we go in the weight room n lift weights n etc, so it's like everyday x.x

since ma days start extra early tend to meditate like an hour in the morning 5-6 gotta keep the mind healthy an clear plus its peaceful round that time. I do some stretching to loosen ma joints. I do 4hrs of bag training 5days a week. Looking to increase on that when i got more free time.push ups, pull ups, running with ma weight vest. kicking with ankle weights on. plus breathing exercises.
