Mine would have to be Castle of Sand by Kanon Wakeshima from Vampire Knight Guilty. Its an awsome yet disturbing song.

My favourite ending song has to be Hare Hare Yukai. BUT there's a twist! I specifically like the Kyon ver. even though it's not used for an actual ending XD
