it is just like now, we have K-On character as our web background so why don't next month we put on another anime character..
about the character of the month we can do a poll which character(s) they wanted to be chosen as the character of the month. Maybe can put some info about that character..

I agree with Hanekurai lol. Neopode is a little OTT when it comes to K-ON. lol. I doubt we will have this theme changing any time soon... although that doesn't bother me. I like this theme. hehe.
I don't know about a poll. Polls could get messy. lol.

We already have our poll to choose a new banner girl, I don't think we need another to choose the theme. I'm no K-ON! fan, but we can't just go chopping and changing the theme every month - and in the end, the forums should be more about the content than the background theme.

As for featured characters with info... I don't know. It may work with anime, but characters? I'd just go to MAL if I wanted info about a character.

Decent ideas, but I don't think they're workable.

If polls can be messy, how about letting the Admin choose one that he/she likes....

lol. I guess, you don't understand, yet. The new K-On-theme was just selected and made by the admin -hm, was it one week?- recently. It won't be changed for sure for the next months. And I totally agree with Craig, the content is much more important as the backgroundtheme of a forum. I'm no special fan of K-On, but it's dark, so it's fine for me. I even survived the light theme before, so I don't really care about that anyways.

I guess you should try to transform your suggestion into an anime/character-of-the-month-thread in the animediscussions-section. There you could provide one and this could be discussed. In the end it would probably be something like the different anime-clubs here. So I don't really think it would stand a chance. But at least you could try it. One request: if you do so, please choose a meaningful threadname, eg: Anime of the july: Naruto Shippuden, so that we know from the start about what you want to discuss with us. thx.

Why change a perfect theme :S (Dark + red +K-on, could never go wrong) but on the whole some good ideas.
