Any particular episode that you're having a problem with?

Give me a download link and I'll have a try and get back to you if it's different for me.

Using XVid4PSP you should see the subtitles in the preview. Just scroll to a scene where something's spoken. If there isn't any subtitle to see it's useless to encode.

In that case just demux the subtitlefile before encoding with XVid4psp using MKVExtractGui and add this subtitlefile manually under the fourth tab from the left side, named "Subtitles". Then you'll have the subtitles for sure in your video.

so you mean like first extract the subtiltle from a video into a subtitle file using a MKVExtractGui and then insert them back using Xvid4PSP
i will try

yeah, but only if Xvid4psp isn't capable to detect and insert the subtitles itself (which shouldn't be so often). As I said, you should always check if the subtitles were added succesfully before you're going to encode by checking the preview in XVid4psp.

Well, in this case, muizz, you should tell us your settings. So you're trying to encode a (h264?)-mkv with Vorbis-audio into what? Avi hardsubbed with mp3-audio? MP4 soft- or hardsubbed with whatever audio? Which resolution do you prefer? Which bitrate? If we know that, we can probably make you a step-by-step guide, where you can see, when your settings differ from ours.

Nope, I checked afer the OP. The subs for the OP are hardsubs, so they're part of the video now - unlike the dialogue subs.

first thing is add to the list and then

Configure unchanged

format: avi
Denoise/Sharpen: disable
Brightness/Contrast: disable
Video Encoding: Xvid HQ Ultra
Audio Encoding: MP3 CBR 128k

ENCODE

when the video is finish encoded the subtitle is not showing off except for the opening song

Do you have the most up-to-date version of K-Lite?

I use 'avi hardware' as my format.
