MKV to AVI

Hi guys, is there a video on how you guys convert mkv to avi.
I have a lot of free time on my hands, and also could help animesenshi with converting some anime that people are requesting.
Got 2 computers that are pretty quick thats why I thought I could help.
Any thanks. :lol:

Would be good if there was a video tutorial

I'm just wondering if you guys use Xvid4psp to convert your files from MKV to AVI. If you do, what settings do you use? Everything I try converting I always get the jagged edges when I reduce the resolution from 1280 X 720 to 720 X 408
