The reason no one was posting here was that XVid4psp meanwhile was outdated. As long as I worked with it the new Verson 6.x never really was working and with the new upcoming 10bit-encodes it wasn't posssible to get any results with xvid4psp up to 5.x any longer, so it is not recommendef any longer to use xvid4psp for conversations.

Just get Megui. Depending on what mp4 you want to create, you can either replace the existing 8bit-x265-encoder in C:\YOUR\PATH\TO\Megui\tools\x264 with the 10bit-encoder from here (no compatibility other than pc-system with updated codecs for the moment), or you can write a pretty high compatible own profile to most devices like this:

save it as x264_dp_MyOwnMP4-Profile_1500BR.xml in C:\YOUR\PATH\TO\Megui\allprofiles\x264 (adjust the orange pathname to your system)

and start encoding with Megui (I wrote a little bit on it here, start reading from creating avisynth-scripts, see picture 3.) If you encounter problems just pm me.
