If they were fighting with their methods of battle, Ash would win. First of all, Yugi has a deck of cards, as already pointed out. The best he could do is use confusion on the pokemon by doing a card trick. If they went into the shadow realm... what happens when Ash uses a ghost pokemon? Plus, as soon as Ash uses an electric pokemon, that chain around Yugi's neck becomes a pretty big target.
If they were getting into a fistfight though, I'd say..... well again, Ash would win. Yugi falls to the ground when his HOLOGRAMS are attacked. And then he gets up with scratches and bruises and broken bones?! Meanwhile, Ash has been electrocuted many a time, and he's been set on fire often, among other things. Plus, Ash runs around the country, evading various forms of mafia, and mastering the wildlife. Yugi sits in his house playing cards.
Ash wins.
