Well, at least personaly I dislike downloading completed series episode by episode, so when some serie is finished and you add it into the ''completed series board'' why don't you make torrent that contains all of those episodes?
So, it would be one click and be over it, not million clicks, dead torrents and using direct download sites a lot.
Well, one reason I'm writing about this is that you're nearly the only ones doing re-encodes on anime.
You may be slow sometimes, but the quality is always good.
(and well, personaly I seed every toreent till 1.500)

so is this anywhere nearly possible? I mean, it kind of sucks when I'm looking for avis for certain series, I need them fast, and then I notice, I have to download all 12 episodes one by one...
rather than being able to choose torrent that has all of them inside.
but well, I know that some of you will say ''well, here is prolly no-one who would like to seed those''
well, I think that animesenshi could fix that aswell. You could just put up board for re-seed reguest where someone posts the torrent that has gone dead and then the people who have it on their computers would be able to seed it.
You could even make a special user class for that as well ( I keep some series quite long on my PC for example)

So how does this sound?

I don't think its a good idea, personally. Seeding would get annoying and not everyone can torrent.

Torrents are very handy and can be much faster, but they aren't as reliable. By reliable I mean that the download speed could be crap if there are only one or two seeds. I don't like relying on other people too much, which is what torrents need.

There is no need for a torrent, when you can just batch download the DDLs via a Download Manager like JDownloader.

I don't think it is possible as initial seeding would have to be done using the server and just with 15 series a season at 13 episodes it would take up 37GB of space and use 370GB of bandwidth. I believe the site is hosted through a VPS which gives you more control and looser memory and and cpu restrictions but in tern has limited space and bandwidth. If the torrents were seeded just by staff then the speed would be so slow that it wouldn't likely get properly seeded.

Bandwidth-wise we could handle seeding a file that size, but the problem would be as caboose said, the disk space, and the clutter of space it would take to leave on our server to seed.
