So what does AnimeSenshi use to convert their videos to avi/other? What do you guys use? I've been using Xvid4PSP 5 for many years but now that some videos are coming out in 10-bit, Xvid4PSP 5 can no longer read that. So I'm looking for something new to take over. What do you guys suggest?

I think most of animesenshi-staff uses XVid4psp. Although I wouldn't recommend it any longer, since it uses old technology and the newer versions (>=6.0) never really worked.
Meanwhile I'm just using a batchfile a friend of mine created directly on xvid_encraw (which is used by XVid4psp), but since I don't really need avis anymore (even my portable can play mp4 now), I don't use it very often. Instead I'm using MeGUI for converting from mkv to hardsubbed mp4 (since softsubs suck on any other device than pc).

That's what I've been doing with Xvid4PSP. I'll give MeGui a try. Thanks for the suggestion.
