Baby Shiba, Morning Rescue and whatever shampoo commercial that was in the pic, they are all commercials that can be found in some of the direct downloads for anime.
They aren't in all of the anime downloads but they are in some (GG would be a good example of a sub group that lets some in).

What do you think of them?

Hate them since you hate commercials or do you enjoy them since they give you a window into regular Japanese TV?

I kinda enjoy seeing the commercials personally. They are almost always weird and some you don't even know what they are selling but they still catch your attention. Now don't get me wrong I wouldn't want to see all the commercials all the time but I don't mind the occassional funny or weird commercial.
I know of a site that I order Japanese stuff from that started carrying Morning Rescue because of the commercials that were apart of the direct downloads for Madoka. So the occassional commercial does help the anime business out.

I-I enjoy them since i could learn a bit about Japanese and most o-of them are very funny ........ especially Mame shiba or Baby shiba...........

I was talking to a Japanese person who taught English at a university about Japanese adverts, and afaik he mentioned that unlike Western adverts which (not sure about wording) are created in a method which plays on peoples emotions and convinces them to enjoy or hate something, common adverts in Japan do it differently and tend to just state the product without any enforcement.

That said, I like to watch the ads on YT or wherever I go for funny videos, but definitevely not in my subbed anime. And Baby Shiba really is the worst of all, whenever I see it, it ruins my day. Remembering too much on Teletubbies, even braindead it was just too much to watch.

A funny, weird, or interesting commercial one or two times at the most is okay.

Putting them in repeatedly spoils the amusement, it becomes as bad and stale as any other commercial.

I don't even usually watch anime itself multiple times.

Baby Shiba was sorta cute the first time.... Now, I can't stand them.
