I want to give a hearty Thank You to all the folks that : rip, encode, and convert. You don't get paid for this, and most of you are doing in the midst of a very busy life. You choose to do this for love of the job. It's a shame you get gripped at for being, "late"; didn't know you had a deadline.

Just wanted to say that, and that you've made this poster's life a bit more happier each day.
