
Diet Anime or Anime Lite (whichever you would like to call it) is the anime that is shorter then the standard 25 min long episodes.
Examples of this type of anime would be Chibi Devil, Copihan and even my favorite Steel Angel Kurumi would fall into this category.
So what do you think of these and simlar type of anime that is really short?
Do you not bother to watch them or do you go ahead and pick them up since they won't take up much of your time to watch em?
And if you do watch them, are there any of them that you feel should have been made into standard length?
Or was right on the money for the amount of time given to the story?
I am a toss up, I prefer the standard length of animes but I don't mind watching the short ones.
But since my favorite anime is Steel Angel and the episode length is 15 mins each, I don't really feel that I was slighted by the length of the episodes. To me the story progressed sufficiently for my tastes.
But in the end, I don't prefer Diet Anime and I want my calorie packed Animes with all the usual Japanese goodness.
