Believe it or not I got it from Hoshizora e Kakaru Hoshi OVA, same for the first one as well.

my way might not be the easiest but I use this website The Gif that keeps on Giving
and I use screenshots on the GOM player that I watch my anime on.
It has a burst screenshot mode so I can take the screenshots for the gif.
That website allows me to store and download my gif and then I post it on photobucket.
Oh did I mention it was a free site too?

hmm... im gonna give your way a shot, it seems much easier than what ive been doing.
ive been manually taking screenshots from VLC media player and putting them in gimp as layers, then save the whole thing as a gif file. i dont mind using layers in gimp, but having to constantly pause to get screenshots is getting to be a pain

can i find that GOM player just by doing a search for it?
