kirakami Icon : (08 February 2012 - 07:07 PM) ddlanime is decentralized, servers are private & each server is located in different country.
so i think its actually safer to upload there than other file hosts.

Topics I've Started

1. All new XviD re-encode request thread

Posted 2 Dec 2011

As the title says, this is the brand new XviD Re-Encode thread.
There are a few rules that will apply so keep them in mind when you request.
To request, All you need to do is follow a format which will be provided below and momentarily, An Encoder will reply to your request to confirm that he or she will be taking on your request.

Rules for requesting,

1. You may NOT request anything that is already encoded and up on the main page. This include's completed series, always check to see if an encode is existent before requesting. If the link is dead however, You may request it but please note that it is a dead link.

2. Each user may only request 2 episodes to be encoded a week.

3. You may NOT request any recently released episodes (4-5 Days prior).

4. Your reply must be posted in the format provided below.

5. Be patient, Not all the encoders here have the file your looking for.

Here is the format you are required to use while requesting an encode.

Series title:
Episode number:
Download link.
[No torrents unless absolutely necessary.]

2. Wrestling thread

Does anyone else enjoy WWE/TNA?

Let me know in this thread, maybe we can get a bit of discussion going!
3. Anime Senshi Moe League Nominations [Reboot]

Posted 4 Jul 2011

So the last time we tried this, it ran out of steam and pretty much died. I'm gonna try my hand at running it this time, and hopefully we can see it through to a conclusion :D

All the details from Neo's OP from last time still apply:

View PostNeopode, on 10 October 2010 - 11:56 PM, said:

Okay. It's that time of the year again! We're opening up nominations for Asenshi's Second Annual Anime Senshi Moe League (ASML).

Last Year's Winner, Shana, had the whole front page of the site dedicated to our beloved champion.
Posted Image
Who will take the crown this year? Will Shana be able to hold on her title as the moe-est?? Will an up-and-coming noobie from this fall steal the spotlight? All will be answered in time during 2010-2011 ASML.

Nominations only! Thanks!

-Each person can only Nominate three characters.
-Descriptions and Pictures aren't required, but STRONGLY encouraged.

Good luck everyone :D

Note: If you're only nominating 1/2 and then nominating a third later, please edit your post instead of making another post. That way, it'll make it easier for me to look through. Thanks!

You have until August 1st to get your nominations in!

I should also point out that this is only the nomination stage. Multiple nominations for characters are essentially wasted, as the character will only go into the finals once.
4. K-ON! is 1st TV Anime Franchise to Sell 500,000+ BDs

Posted 23 Feb 2011

As of February 20, K-ON! became the first television animation series to sell over 500,000 Blu-ray Discs on Oricon's sales chart in Japan. It accomplished this feat when the eighth limited first edition Blu-ray volume of the K-ON!! television anime sequel sold 26,000 copies (rounded to the nearest thousand) during its first five days of sales (February 16-20). The DVD version of the same eighth volume sold 3,178 copies.

The current volume also topped Oricon's overall weekly Blu-ray sales chart for the February 14-20 week; it is the second volume in a row and the ninth volume in the franchise to rank #1. The franchise's nine #1 Blu-ray Discs ties the previous record; all nine of Macross Frontier's Blu-ray Disc volumes reached #1.

The K-ON! television anime and its K-ON!! sequel have sold a combined total of 520,000 Blu-rays Discs as of February 20. K-ON! had surpassed the current #2 series, Bakemonogatari, in sales in September.

Rank - Copies - Series
1 - 520,000 K-ON! (7 volumes) & K-ON!! (8 volumes, ongoing)
2 - 331,000 Bakemonogatari (6 volumes)
3- 235,000 Macross Frontier (9 volumes)
* Data covers sales from June 23, 2008 to February 20, 2011.

I am having some trouble re-encoding RyRo's encodes of Digimon Xros Wars Episodes 32 & 33.
I am using XviD4PSP Build 5.037, and I am getting the following error message.....
"FFmpeg Source: Can't create decompressor: Unsupported Compression Method"
Please tell me how to fix this?

I have a question, where would be the best place for me to request for a MegaUpload link of an old AnimeSenshi Re-encode?
